Is a watch winder compatible with my watch?
Our winders are designed for traditional mechanical automatic watches. Compatibility varies by model, so check the product specifications for case size, cushion size, rotation direction, and TPD settings.

Which TPD and rotation direction should I use?
Follow the recommendations of your watch manufacturer or movement maker whenever available. Selected touchscreen models offer 650 / 900 / 1350 / 1800 / 2200 TPD with clockwise, counterclockwise, and bidirectional rotation.

Are the motors quiet?
Our winders are designed for quiet operation. Selected touchscreen models with Japanese Mabuchi motors are rated below 15 dB under normal conditions.

Are the winders anti-magnetic?
Selected models include anti-magnetization design features. Please check the specifications on the individual product page.

Will settings be saved after a power interruption?
Selected touchscreen models include power-loss memory. Check the product page for exact features.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Who pays return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate return instructions.

What warranty do you offer?
Winder Club products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered manufacturing and functional defects under normal use.
